Softening The Edges: A Day Long Retreat to Nurture Well Being for Women

  • Guided Mindfulness & Heart Opening Practices for Balance and Resilience

  • Yoga, movement & sensory awareness in Nature with a Forest Bathing Inspired Tea Ceremony

  • Creating Depth and True Connection in Relationships

Enjoy guided mindfulness and compassion practices that incline your mind and body toward greater emotional balance, wisdom and freedom.

Spending time in nature can be a powerful antidote to the stress of modern living. In recent years a growing body of evidence has proven what many naturalists, outdoor enthusiasts, poets, and indigenous cultures have long known: the great outdoors is profoundly good for us on all levels. Meaningful connection with the generative powers of nature is an essential part of a healthy and balanced life.

Learn about how bodily awareness can support a felt sense of connection to yourself and others. Discover that your nervous system is designed to help you feel safe and secure in the world.  Deepen your relationship with your body as your ally and your friend.
