Mindfulness on the Mountain

Come for a morning of reconnection to the living earth through gentle yoga movement, breathing & centering exercises, walking with sensory awareness, nature meditation, sharing circle and forest tea ceremony. In recent years a growing body of evidence has proven what many naturalists, outdoor enthusiasts, poets, and indigenous cultures have long known: the great outdoors is profoundly good for us on all levels. Spending time in nature can be a powerful antidote to the stress of modern living and is an essential part of a healthy and balanced life.

All are welcome ages 13 and older (if young people attend between 13-16 years, they must be accompanied by an adult)
