Mindfulness Yoga and River Walk

A nature connection experience that begins at the Roots and River Yoga Studio, moves down to the C&O Towpath along the Potomac River, ends with tea and a sharing circle back at the studio.

Includes: Gentle Yoga Movement ~ Breathing & Centering Exercises ~ Walking with Awareness ~ Nature Meditation ~ Sharing Circle

All are welcome ages 13 and older (if young people attend between 13-16 years, they must be accompanied by an adult)
